Battery & charging

How do I charge the battery?

We provide a charger (which looks just like a laptop charger) that you can plug into any standard wall socket. You can charge your Streetdog with the battery in the bike, or remove it and charge it where you please.

Can I put a second battery in storage?

Both the Streetdog50 & Streetdog80 feature a storage compartment, which you can fit a second battery inside.

How much does a battery weigh?

How much range can you get from a single battery charge?

Range is estimated and will vary based on tyres, ride modes, load, terrain and weather. A single battery achieves 80-100 km for the Streetdog50 and 60-80 km for the Streetdog80. The Streetdog features a storage compartment, allowing you to carry a second battery onboard.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

A full charge from 0 to 100% takes 5.5 hours.

What is the warranty on the battery?

Streetdog batteries have a warranty of 2 years.

Ordering & delivery

How does ordering work?

All Streetdogs are handcrafted and made to order in limited production runs.

How does pick-up or delivery work?

We are in the process of setting up a nationwide service partner network, which will act as our outposts for pick up and delivery in Australia.

What is included in the Streetdog order?

The Streedog50 & Streetdog80 electric motorbike, Battery, Charger, Manual 2 sets of keys, 2 sets of FOB keys, pillion passenger footpegs, your pin code, and any other accessories or customisation option will be fitted on the bike.

Streetdog care

How do I safely clean my Streetdog?

A sponge, water and some motorcycle-appropriate cleaning soap will be enough to keep your Streetdog looking fresh.

We also advise to remove the battery when washing your bike.

Can I pressure wash my Streetdog

We would strongly advise against pressure washing your Streedog.

Servicing and repairs

How does servicing and repairs work?

We are in the process of setting up a nationwide service partner network, starting with Sydney and Melbourne locations. Contact servicing@ftnmotion.com to arrange a service or repair job.

After buying a Streetdog, we recommend getting your first service after six months or 500km, whichever comes first. And then after this, we recommend getting a service every 12 months or 3000 km, whichever comes first.
